2000-2009
Reserve space for the mid-period roster. The prototype avoids filling names from memory or secondary sources until APABA supplies an authoritative list.
2010-2019
Reserve space for recent chapter leadership, including optional notes for milestone years if the chapter wants a richer archive.
2020-present
Reserve space for the current decade roster and transition notes between annual presidents, pending chapter confirmation.
